In all fairness 99.9% of all positives do not survive. 99.9% of the total population does survive because 90% test negative.
Of the 10% who do test positive, 6% are hospitalized. That equates to 0.6% of all tested people being hospitalized. Another way to look at it is that 160 have to be tested to find 16 who are positive and one of which will be hospitalized. The numbers are definitely very small but best to get them completely accurate
