Health and lifestyle go hand in hand. A balanced diet, regular exercise, and proper sleep are key to staying fit. Managing stress and avoiding harmful habits like smoking boost well-being. Staying hydrated, practicing mindfulness, and maintaining social connections also support a healthy life. Small daily choices lead to long-term health benefits.

If you are practicing mindfulness, then you'll have no need for social media.

Too much emphasis on exercise, which for most is an unsustainable rollercoaster at best. If other health practices are part of one's life, normal physical activities will ensure fitness without the wear and tear, and injuries, of formal exercise.

I eat lots of protein and drink lots of water.

I go for walks around our woods, clear vines to save trees, lift weights to control diabetes no meds at all other than baby aspirin, and dance a lot to loud music I like from all eras, although mostly classic rock.
I will take bp med now and then if bp is up.
