There are enough similarities between the current 'Detainment Facilities' and 'Concentration Camps' that calling then such is justifiable. Of course there are enough difference that it's reasonable to srgue that they are not.

Are people concentrated at these facilties?

Could the word 'camp' be reasonably applied to them?
