This could have been a good movie. It wasn't a terrible movie, just a good story idea poorly executed.
If you already have HBO, it might be worth your time to watch. Just don't expect a whole lot.
Clint Eastwood, in his advanced old age, just sadly doesn't have it anymore. As has been revealed several years ago, he rushes through scenes, never wants to do retakes and now most definitely wants short work days.
Which is why the movie feels rushed, sloppy and poorly done. A definite "made for TV feel".
Sucks. Because the story idea is a good one.
Chocked full of unlikely scenes, people acting in ways no one does, and plot holes the size of the grand canyon.
But, it has received GLOWING reviews. Which I simply no longer pay any attention to. Because of movies like this, that are simply not good. But we are told it is fantastic.

I still enjoy Eastwoods work in front and behind the camera.
Even if he has lost a little off his fastball

I liked Jury Duty better. It was kind of slow, Juror #2. Still, it was an interesting concept of morality...which the guy didn't have.

I am not too sure anyone would have done differently.

ahh it was okay...good for a rainy or snowy day.. but it did have plot holes and did people just ignored what was in front of them..
