From Kamala who says capital gains taxes will have to be increased which can affect investors and those selling property. Top earners return to a 39.6% tax rate on all income. All households earning $100,000 or more will be taxed to pay for Medicare for all. Taxing capital gains like ordinary income will affect many. And her idea of taxing unrealized capital gains will affect most who have an IRA or 401k invested in any way in the market. Increases in estate taxes. And there's more but that's a good start.
