Many hate groups that are illegal in other parts of the world set up shop in the United States.
They are banned in Germany, Austria, Italy, Britain, Canada and Australia. David Duke has been banned in 26 European countries and his books are banned in Canada. Don Black, who runs Stormfront, has been banned in the UK.
