Regardless if abortion is legal or illegal, the internet allows for anyone to anonymously purchase abortion pills on the black market.

Regulating anonymous transactions over the internet would be very difficult, similar to the regulation of porn consumption. Short of a totalitarian state which can monitor people's online activities 24/7, I don't see a way to effectively regulate it on a large scale.

Therefore, while regulating abortion clinics may be easier, regulating the sale abortion pills purchased over the internet may be a futile endeavor. This is fine by me, since I believe that it is obvious that a zygote isn't a person due to having no brain or consciousness, and some states may be entering a prohibition era where black markets which don't pay taxes control the sale and distribution of abortion pills. (Such a thing may eventually cause bans on the sale and purchase of abortion pills to be overturned on the state level, so that at least their sale and distribution can be taxed).

No, but it sure has stimulated the coat hanger industry.

I'd prefer it if you'd explain how regulating the sale of abortion pills on the internet black market would be feasible. Something which is that easy to distribute anonymously would likely create a large black market.

Anyone who would buy drugs on the dark web should have their head examined. A lot of that stuff comes from China.

Truly compassionate leftwingers would warn women against getting unknown medication from the dark web. But since it's abortion, they don't care about these women.
