Has the F35 Turkey program peaked out, or is there still money to be extorted from taxpayers?

At 100 million $ per bird, has it run its course even before being deployed? It should strike fear in our enemies, not the taxpayers. I would think lockheed already has the next generation of boondoggles in the hanger, waiting for the kickbacks to take root.

Let's see, it can't fly within 25 miles of a lightning storm due to it's fuel tanks and can't go supersonic for more than a minute or so due to frame stress.

Yep, it's a turkey alright when you look at cost vs overall performance.
