This is a good point. I doubt Trump is sitting down and interviewing the groundskeeper and ball collector on his golf course.

That said, Trump might have just embraced plausible deniability as long as the work gets done.

Even then, he doesn't have violent gang criminals or cartels working for him. They are vetted for sure. ICE is not going after the non-violent people and those that aren't being sought because they have deportation orders.
