Mark Penn has denied any involvement with his wife's 'No Labels' political party amid accusations of biased polling in favor of Donald Trump. His wife Nancy Jacobson is the CEO of No Labels.
HarrisX consistently shows Donald Trump ahead of Joe Biden by 4–6% , the best poll outcome for Trump. This is also known as an outlier.
Despite frequently appearing on Fox News praising Trump and criticizing Biden, Penn claims he has not had no ties with the group led by his spouse.
Critics argue that Penn's firing from the Clinton campaign and his recent comments on Fox News raise concerns about potential conflicts of interest and partisan leanings.
Here’s what I think Penn is doing. He’s pretending that Trump is ahead for two reasons:
1) to fight the impression and no labels is just a spoiler party trying to help Trump win. If Trump is ahead of Biden, there’s nothing to spoil. Right?
2) he's trying to sock it to Democrats because Hillary fired him.
Here is the article where he denies his obvious ties to the pro-Trump spoiler No Labels:

The former Democratic pollster and current Trump booster says he’s not part of the “Unity Ticket” group run by his wife. Some Democrats are skeptical.
