Well without a PUBLISHED platform Trump gets to declare whatever he wishes to about her. He gets to define Harris instead of Harris defining herself. And the interview on CNN did not do it either. It was another disaster foretelling another one in the coming debates. And Trump is not strong in debates. He had so many missed layups with Biden it was ridiculous.

Codswallop! As others have pointed out, Waltz has balanced the ticket nicely with his folksy , Midwestern appeal. He may be from a blue state that is not in play, but his appeal and influence goes well beyond Minnesota . He is your all American Dan, Coach Teacher and nice guy. He also can be seen as a bit more of a centrist and he has a military background

But aside from that, the point that I want to make is that Vance has had quite the opposite effect on their ticket. No only does he not appeal to anyone beyond the MAGA minion base, he has in fact diminished Trumps chances- as small as they already were- of pulling in swing/ undecided/ independent voters as well as any educated women and the men who actually love and respect them .

While Trump himself -however clumsily- dances around, waffles on and obfuscates issues of concern to women. Vance is a straight up, unabashed, unapologetic misogynist who becomes more offensive with each remark that he makes.

In addition, he has no executive or foreign policy experience and has only been in congress a very short time. He is a sick, ignerant and dangerous man-even more so than Donny. Anyone with more than two brain cells to rub together should understand that he is a liability to Trump and would be a terrible president when (not if ) Trumps kicks the bucket.
