Reparations would be entirely appropriate. The slave owners and their descendants should be compensated for the elimination of their property rights in their human chattels. Following that, the descendants of the enslaved people should have the right to sue for damages, to collect their share of the aforementioned reparations.

People of mixed race and people who are not descended from American enslaved people would of course be excluded from these festivities.

Didn't think of it from that perspective. It makes sense .. she sees black males as new entrepreneurs who can't afford it, are unable to purchase their first home, and need a lifetime of government benefits for something that ended over 150 years ago while they smoke pot.
