But last I checked, every grocery store around here had a copier.
But seriously, I quite honestly believe a large segment of the (lower income) black population does not even carry ID on them most of the time and would have NO IDEA how to make a photocopy. At least in Detroit.

But Kammy is confused, most of those people live in the city, not rural--- rural people are self-sufficient, they have to be.

Last time I looked (which admittedly was more than a decade ago) the photocopier in the market charged twenty-five cents for a copy. Even if it was five dollars now, that's barely twice the cost of a twenty-ounce bottled drink. Anyone can afford that.
