There have been stories about antipathy between the two staffs going all the way back four years. I'm just trying to figure out what the message is here? Is Kamala saying that Biden did a bad job? If he did... didn't she help him do that?

What happened to all the bright and shining prognostications about the great job Biden was doing? I assume the people who held to those positions for 4 years still have them.
