He used to be, but in a lot of cases these guys lose their gift. When was the last time Sandler produced something funny? Not for a long time.

Basically it’s a comedy with few jokes and is basically all drop in guest and Sandlers family members

I think that’s a bit harsh. There were plenty of funny scenes IMO.
