... because are average age of elderly is so much older than Africa and India.Biden had all the vaccines. All the meds and more died. Basically it was a purge of the elderly.
India and all of Africa had less deaths than the U.S. Combined. 2.6 billion people.
Why is that? Hmmm
Let me explain to you, a member of the ignorantis.
COVID‑19 is overwhelmingly lethal for people over 65. Africa has the lowest proportion of elderly people on Earth. India’s is also far lower than the U.S.
Why this matters
A population with:- fewer elderly
- fewer nursing homes
- fewer people with advanced age‑related conditions
2. Lower prevalence of obesity and metabolic disease
COVID‑19 severity is strongly linked to:- obesity
- diabetes
- hypertension
- cardiovascular disease
Prevalence comparison
- U.S. obesity rate: ~42%
- India: ~4%
- Africa (continental average): ~7–10%
3. Under‑ascertainment and under‑reporting (especially in Africa and rural India)
This is the uncomfortable but important part.Confirmed deaths ≠actual deaths
Many African countries and parts of India:- had limited testing
- had limited death certification systems
- did not test most people who died at home
- lacked real‑time surveillance systems
Excess‑mortality studies
Independent analyses (Lancet, WHO, IHME) estimate:Africa’s actual COVID‑19 deaths may be 2–4× higher than official counts
- India’s actual deaths may be 3–10× higher than official counts (the wide range reflects different methodologies)
4. Additional contributing factors
These matter, but less than the three above:More outdoor living
Transmission is lower outdoors. Many African and Indian communities spend more time outside than Americans do.Later arrival of the virus
Africa, in particular, had:- more time to prepare
- border closures that slowed early spread
- fewer initial seeding events from Europe and China
Younger mobility patterns
Fewer elderly in workplaces, public transit, and dense indoor settings.Bottom line
COVID‑19 deaths were lower in Africa and India primarily because:- Their populations are much younger
- They have lower rates of obesity and metabolic disease
- They under‑reported deaths more than the U.S.
