Maybe

I suppose its never over till its over

Against all odds, this lib judge has been tried and convicted of a felony and faces up to 5 years in prison

She thought the rules did not apply to her

To be honest I thought they didnt either

But she’s not in jail yet

And till she is my contempt for the court system remains unabated

My state just elected an ultra liberal judge. Sickening.

I've noted for years that part of the problem is federal officials not showing up to pick people up and just expecting local authorities to hold them.

In this case they showed up and had a right to apprehend him.

For a judge it reads like she didn't put up all that good of a defense. It also reads as if it might not have made a difference. (noted after reading several articles)

She talks too much and it cost her

At the time she bragged that she “would take the heat”

Which the jury and the federal appeals court took as an admission of guilt

But I doubt if that attitude included prison time

She expected a slap on the wrist from her boss

I bet she’s sweating bullets now

She lost her job. Will that include her law license or a suspension?
