No, the aspect that was unfortunate is that ANYONE can be declared an "inferior" race based on propaganda and bad science.

Civilization is civilizing, but the process is evolutionary and takes many generations. When I say that a race is inferior, I mean that civilized behavior does not come naturally to most members of that race. I also mean that most of the members of that race are of inferior intelligence. Civilized behavior of most members of an inferior race needs to be enforced by frequent punishment, usually of a corporeal nature.

The most accomplished demographic on earth is the 0.2% who are Jewish. Most of these are Ashkenazi Jews, who have an average IQ of 115.

Jews are so valuable that we should pay them to move to the United States. Unfortunately, there are not enough Jews to go around. We in the United States already have far more than our fair share of Jews.

Not if they are Jews or East Asians. I have lived with East Asians. I would often get off work at 10:00 pm, and walk two miles to get to my apartment. I was safe. I would risk my life walking through a black neighborhood that late.
