It's hard for me to blame Halligan for the fiasco she went through with her failure to secure indictments of James and Letitia, Her background was as an insurance lawyer, so she wasn't really qualified to be a prosecutor. But, Trump was so eager to go after James and Letitia, and of course Lindsay is blonde, that he appointed her anyway, a sure recipe for failure.
