Nikki Haley has made clear she’s on Team Trump. Her supporters don’t all feel the same.

Former state campaign chairs for Haley’s now-defunct presidential bid are increasingly coming out against the former president, including Utah Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson, who declined Monday to endorse Donald Trump. And in several other cases, they are endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris over Trump, including in Iowa and Michigan.

Meanwhile, some Haley supporters organizing for Harris hope to raise millions to spend on ads to reach the former U.N. ambassador’s backers. And others are involved in more informal efforts to convince fellow disaffected Republicans to vote blue.

“Most of us are pretty disgusted with Trump and think he would be a disaster. And if you really believe that, then you can’t sit on the sidelines,” said former Maine GOP Rep. David Emery, who is among the Haley supporters now marshaling Republicans to back Harris.

Haley in her presidential primary campaign racked up more than 4 million votes, many of them coming in the months after she dropped out of the race. Nearly 1 million of those came from six of the seven battleground states that will decide the general election.

Too bad Haley is so opportunistic. She could have held back from supporting Trump and, maybe, just maybe, she would have had a future in the post-Trump world.

Her supporters, thankfully, would rather vote Dems than vote for a disaster that is Trump. Good for them.

Trump is polling much better than he did in 2020 and yes ..even better than he did in 2016 when he won the electoral college .. you do understand that right ??

I was a supporter, that would certainly never support Trump. It was a disappointment, she rolled over, so easy. It does look like an indication of weak character, and only projecting, instead of having the courage of any convictions.

Hit the road is what Obama and Pelosi and Harris said to Biden...

Potato did cave; and when he remembers caving, he is bitter.

I’m not saying that their decision to jettison Potato was meritless. Good God. Trump would have given Potato another aneurysm if Obama hadn’t succeeded in that coup.

But let’s call it what it was: a coup. Pretty cynical too. Voters in all those primaries just didn’t count.

Haley didn't immediately back Trump after the primaries. She stayed on her own, trying to develop her own power base. So you can't trust her, she's no leader and she's a George Bush neocon. Her only future is with the Marxist Democrat party. Haley sucks. MAGA

It's not like you were not warned....The neocon's prom queen will do anything to stay in the game.

Her supporters know that in a new Trump administration that they will be out of the game so it's a good thing when they out themselves.

Haley supporters are Zionist Fascists who do not want the 911 investigation reopened. They love Dick Cheney, who endorsed Kamala, because Kamala will not reopen 911.

Well, I easily pivoted to support for the Harris/Walz ticket, as the aged billionaire is simply to crazy for words, and does not support American values, American allies or even democracy itself.

Primary voters do count, they support the change....no uproar, only gleeful support for Joe's picked replacement.

So, you doubled-down on fail and you are bragging on it? !!!

LOL....Leftists be bat-shit crazy. :laughing0301:

Yup. Unlike DeSantis, she made a great start by running strong against Trump and holding on till the end. Instead of parlaying that for future support, she prostrated at the orange fuhrer's feet.

But, who did she satisfy? Trump is still mad at her for running against him and gasp! even gaining double digits against him. If the Fuhrer is not happy, neither is his cult. Now, she has also made her supporters mad.

So, not sure what she gained. She could have sat this one out without making any concessions instead she lost it all.

No. They don’t count at all when their expressed electoral will can dispensed-with so easily. And that has nothing to do with whether some (or even all) of them like that Biden got ousted.

Trump would be another disaster.

We already know Trump is unfit to be president – his four failed, disastrous years in office is proof of that.

Wanting Trump back in the WH is madness.

Adam_Clayton’s contention ^ is ass backwards, as expected.

What would be madness is to vote for the cackling, word salad spewing, always ineffective nit wit, Kamalalala.

What the **** are you babbling about? I don't like Haley and even I don't think she is opposed to declassifying 9/11 documents.

Neither is Biden nor Kamala. Biden, btw, is on record ordering the declassification. And, why wouldn't the Dems be for reopening it? They were not in power when it happened.

So, again, what the **** are you babbling about?
