... so, before it could get me in trouble, I put it to positive use.

It's amazing how much you can get done when you're pissed off beyond all measure.

The problem with working while furious is, detail work is a non-started. I tried three times to router the joints to make a nice door. I only succeeded in making a mess. So... The world simplest door it is...

Next... Finish up the tote shelving that has been on my to-do list for two months.

Geeez, I can't even make myself finish painting a few walls.

What are you trying to do?
Just building temporary overflow storage until I get around to constructing another outbuilding.

Two Honda scooters are going in there for the winter.

It's mostly scrap or repurposed dunnage wood and a few panels. A lot cheaper than $100 a month for self storage.

I've got to get a piece of tin to make a box around my heating oil valves. Hopefully Monday, LOL, took the wrong car to town today.

Whatever works. I think I'd get those tarps fastened down a little bit more securely.

I hate building doors and gates. I always leave them til last so I can say eff it, good enough for whatever I end up with for one

Thank goodness....I thought you were building homeless shelters. ;)

Do you live in a bunker in the sticks?

Nice bit of work. I have built a few of the same general concept. A split-rail fence is also "fun," as you can get if your anger with the post hole digger. Also, Sac-Krete(?) has some great, fast curing products for the uprights.

As a lifetime office worker (attorney), it is satisfying to build something you can touch and use.

Why are you so angry OP?

It's because Trump's ******* up our country, isn't it?

Excellent way to harness negative energy! I salute you, and pity the fool that antagonizes you when you DON'T have a pressure blow off valve!

When I was going through a divorce and the death of my father, I hand dug a hole for my greenhouse 6 feet deep, 25 feet wide and 64 feet long.
I remember a day with excess energy like that in my twenties, but I didn't move anything near that amount of dirt. Wow.
