You mean common sense prevailed?

The Nevada Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that gunmakers and distributors are not responsible for the actions of the gunman in the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history, CBS affiliate KLAS-TV reports.

I don't understand how the perp was able to get his arsenal up to the top floor of the casino.

Casinos have cameras all around, they keep an eye on all of the suckers. How could someone sneak that much stuff on to their premises without security knowing? And how about the housekeepers?

That is why they have "Do not disturb" signs

They are as responsible for it as much as the manufacturer of the car is that nig drove through that Christmas parade.

You can't blame an inanimate object on what a person does with it. The fact it was even brought up is ludicrous.

The only time a manufacturer should be held liable for personal injury or death caused by the manufacturer's product is if there is a design defect or a manufacturing defect.

All the weapons used in that shooting performed as designed. The subsequent superseding cause of death or injury was the criminal activity of the user.

I think that case qualifies as a frivolous lawsuit. It's like blaming the auto manufacturer or the dealership for making and selling car that was used to run over people.
Yep. Absolutely ZERO basis in law or fact. It's textbook frivolous litigation and the filing parties should pay 100% of the reasonable and necessary attorney's fees of defendants.

This is why car makers and booze makers need to support the defense of gun makers...if anti-gunners can go after gun makers for things they didn't do, the lawyers will be lining up to apply the same thing to booze and car makers.....

He took them up in small groups over days...

The fact that he was likely helped by the FBI is how.

Because it's America.

They will go to any lengths to limit your ability to defend yourself. They do not care. Bolsheviks want to take your guns and pogrom you.

Probably inside something. An airline golf club carrier (very common in Vegas) would work.
