I'll tell you who is scum. It's that girl's parents. The reason the little doom goblin is retarded in the first place is obviously because her moonbat parents forced her to be a vegan. That kind of malnourishment retards a child's growth and mental development, permanently.
She wasn't born retarded, her parents made her retarded via abuse and neglect.
Due to her malnutrition, she was about the size of a 10 year old when she was 17, and so brain damaged that she flunked out of special ed. They should be in prison.

There are aid agencies that meet the approval of the Israeli government ... there have been normal government services provided by Hamas these past twenty years and the money comes from donations ... if we really wanted to help Palestinians, we wouldn't care if Israel has a complete financial accounting ... and sending aid through peaceful channels ...
