Allowing bail for the accused is always carefully considered by the court. Canada's success rate is close to flawless but there are always going to be an odd one out that slips through the cracks.

Is it now too late for Americans to understand that democracy demands a bail system?

JD has certainly hinted that no bail will become the norm in America! Is he going to be widely accepted as America's future? I think we're already seeing Trump on Steroiids!
