you know that the judge must be contemplating what to do at this point. he knows what may happen to him regarding public opinion if he still wants to do the sentence. even a an ankle moniter will create a major uproar.

Hopefully the blob will be deposited into a correctional facility. Convicted felons aren’t usually given bail pending sentencing...when they do we shouldn’t be surprised that they may face some sort of danger (often from other felons--convicted or not).

The problem is, esp. today, a couple of months is an eternity in politics.

Hell, even the debate now seems like eons ago, despite it having only been a couple of weeks.

Rationale would dictate the hypothesis that, at the very least, there is no way they imprison him now.

But therein lies the rub.

The Democrats simply are not rational.

Their entire political world is based on reactionary emotion, and garbage "mainstream" propaganda masquerading as "News".

So I don't have any idea what will happen.

I doubt even they do.

Alec Baldwin committed a crime and got away with it.

Trump committed no crime and had the entire Democrat/Media (but I repeat myself) machine pursue him endlessly.
