Are they based here in Washington? I think so. I'm not sure how it will work out. We passed a law to get the state out of the liquor business and they closed the state stores but the legislators passed a law so they can collect the profits just like before. Now they sell nothing but you pay them anyway. Don Corleon would be envious. Check the final prices before you buy.
