Here is an example of the filthy ass government taking away the right to keep and bear arms and confiscating firearms because a guy had insomnia. It was done because of the SAFE Act, which the NRA opposed because they knew shit like would happen with Libtard assholes that were going to enforce it. Like I said, you can't trust the Libtards because they always get it wrong.

A couple of years ago I suffered from about six months of insomnia after my cancer treatment. Because Florida is a non commie state there was never any question that having a little trouble sleeping at night should be used as a reason to take away my Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

By the way, unlike the example in the article, my Primary Care physician is not a Libtard asshole to report one of his patients to the government. He is one of my gun range buddies. Both him and his son.

Here is what is in the SAFE Act that the government used as an excuse to confiscate the man's weapons:

Requires designated mental health professionals who believe a mental health patient made a credible threat of harming others to report the threat to a mental health director, who would then have to report serious threats to the state Department of Criminal Justice Services. A patient's gun could be taken from him or her.

Only stupid ass Libtards would interpret that to include insomnia.

Stupidity like that is why we can't trust the sonofabitches with our Constitutional rights.
