Why don't we just hire a battalion of Hollywood action movie actors?

They would clean it all up within 120 minutes.

We don't need to endanger actors, all we need to do is capture 4 turtles, give each of them a weapon, and mutate them into 7 foot tall talking monsters, then drop them off on ISIS.

We get 4 new American heroes and ISIS will be wiped out.

We could send Rush to bore them to death...
