You know what? Congress (not individual Congress members) can “demand” that Federal officials (like the Acting Secretary of the Department of Education) submit to “questioning.”

Yep. Congress has that authority under the Constitution. But what individual Members don’t have is any authority to demand to meet with the Executive Branch official at the Executive Branch’s offices.

None of those posturing assclowns was acting validly within the scope of their Constitutional authority.
