Clearly, they aren't getting anywhere with their refusal to vote for anything which does not add $1.5T to the debt, roll back spending cuts from the BBB, and add restrictions on what the President can do with federal employees and funding.

So, what's their objective?

They want Republicans to end the filibuster.

If that's their game, Republicans should tell them this:
“Fine - we'll end the filibuster for you. After we do, we'll expand the Supreme Court for you as well, and fill it with the hardest-core conservatives you ever saw.
Judge Bean conservatives. Judge DREDD conservatives -- judges who make Thomas and Scalia look like flaming pinkos.
You still wanna play this game?”

The only way it can possibly be saved is to formalize it in law.

Then it will be dead only if the dems take the House, Senate and the WH.

SCOTUS is over-rated. They can be ignored. And we should ignore them. The Judicial Branch was never intended to have equal power, only equal duties. If our Founders had wanted them to have actual power, they would have given them the means with which to enforce that power.

When confronted by the Executive Branch, the Judiciary can only offer suggestions, they have no power to enforce
