If Trump wants to save money in the Federal Budget, he should fire everyone who owes his or her job to affirmative action. This would get rid of a lot of useless, entitled deadwood that is either unimportant, or disastrously in the way. Then he should end welfare assistance to unmarried mothers and their illegitimate children. Most of those children are horrid little monsters. They become juvenile delinquents on the way to growing into violent street criminals.

I am waiting for JoeB131 to comment on this thread. He thinks illegitimacy is a legitimate lifestyle that should be supported by your taxes and mine.

Children are the responsibility of their parents. People should not have children unless they are married and earn enough money to support their children.
