In case you hadn't heard, Mark Kelly of the six who made that video has been censured by the Military, reduced in rank and now for the rest of his life will collect a much smaller pension.

I don't know. But it's not unusual to call up the guard when there is a chance of civil unrest to help make sure things stay peaceful.
Also, the guard will be there and see if ICE tries to goad citizens to cause issues.
