The Democrats got the 1986 Tax Reform, raising and indexing the Standard Deduction and Personal Exemptions: Into the statutes. Clinton Extended the Child Credit. Obama created the "Make Work Pay Refundable Income Tax Credit" in equal amounts. The initial Trump Tax Cuts actually helped limit the US Capability to respond to any Pandemic of any type, (The Toilet Paper Shortages(?)!). Now there is a break on payment due dates, refunds all coming out on time!
