Maybe, maybe not, it's basically been on neglected life support so it's possible no one was really monitoring it. They'll shut it down sooner than later now and move anyone left to other projects. The only way anyone will get fired is if there's a strong public/media outcry then someone will be offered up to the Gods of public opinion.
