I don't remember that being a granted authority in the constitution- so, free trade is a misnomer? Or, a lie? Of course free trade isn't mentioned either- so, it was left to the States to decide or make rules pertaining to- therefore, if the fed gov't intervenes it can be negated/nullified by the States via the 10th amendment- so, does Trump really have the authority to invoke a law or repeal a law- I thought that was congressional authority- if it's done by EO it's just another, in a long list, of bullshit- and, we have to remember, the next guy can double down on the restrictions- appease/divide the tools and enemies-
