How do you determine "fake"?
Hard to do that, without also abandoning the real ones.
That's what the hearings are for.
Exactly right... The only reason they wanted more officer's is because if you remember - they said that the border patrol had to become caretaker's, babysitter's, job searcher's, go'fer's, greeter's, psychiatrist, and everything else except for border "ENFORCEMENT" officer's. So of course the Demoncrats needed thousands more agents to help them with their plans to flood the country with new potential voter's and cheap labor.Yeah, more officers to let more illegal aliens in faster is a bad idea.
1st we got to stop these employer's from so easily working these people for the purpose of their cheap labor, and for their lack of adherence to employment law's and regulations when it comes to working human beings.Yeah, we need to stop trying to help fake asylum seekers.
I mean beyond helping them leave the US.
Hmm 20,000 Hatians rushed into a small American town, who are from a country that is a seriously corrupt and failed state. No one knows their names as individual's of course, and that's why the group name Haitians will suffice in the situation.Names? Obviously they don't need names since no one is named in their complaint
Yep, and that's what Trump figured would be the amount that would be deported because they are fake, and this is what he referred to as the biggest deportation this country will have ever seen after his election. After we reject a few million of the fake ones, we'll have more time and money for the real ones.
The year is not over but this thread wins the, "Made the most USMB members piss their pants with laughter", award. This is great news! You would think Trump would have learned by now that you can get sued for defamation and even worse if it ends up with threats of violence. JD should know better since the Shill-Billy has a JD from Yale.
""""
""""Under an Ohio statute that allows private citizens to file criminal charges, a Haitian organization filed criminal charges against and seeks the arrests of Donald Trump and JD Vance for disrupting public services, making false alarms, and other offenses."""
JD should know this is called LIBEL:

Sorry, that doesn't make sense. You have to determine they are fake at the hearings. After we reject a few million of the fake ones, we'll have more time and money for the real ones.
I don’t think that matters. Trump is in charge of his own faculty so he is responsible for vetting the story before repeating it, if he wants to repeat it at all. When I heard him say that, I thought it was a pretty cringe moment, but, I just doubt whether a noncitizen has the ability to sue a citizen for something like this, and they would have to prove that malice was a part of it.What needs to be investigated IMHO was the story a set up and by whom ? Just like the Russian Collusion hoax that was pulled on Trump way early on in 2016, I'd say that this story also needs to be investigated as a potential set up by the opposition party in hopes to tarnish Trump and Vance in hopes that they lose because of it.
As was stated by Trump, he saw the story on the TV, otherwise on a news report, so if it wasn't true then the reporting news network needs to be investigated by the FCC in order to find out the source of the story, and what exact purpose did the news network run with it for ?..

But not citizens, which is what this statute appears to state.Derp…
Being here under a legal status requires a process and documentation.
The very definition of “documented”.
Yep, let’s see where this one goes. Of course, they’ll have to prove malice. Also, considering most of the threats came from outside the United States, you have to wonder if what Trump said really had an impact on the threats. They aren't suing.
They are filing citizen criminal charges.
And those filing the charges are citizens.
All a direct result of trump amplifying the lies. Every one.Yep, let’s we where this one goes. Of course, they’ll have to prove malice. Also, considering most of the threats came from outside the United States, you have to wonder if what Trump said really had an impact on the threats.
Well, FFI has a point, it’s a citizen filing the suit on behalf of the haitian non citizens.Neither Citizens nor aliens file criminal charges.
The illegal (or barely legal) aliens (probably with the help of shit-suckers like Soros) are instead filing mere complaints.
Ho ******* hum.
If they can prove that the overseas actors were enticed to make the threats by trumps words, sure. Of course, they’ll have to get them to come and testify to that, and I don’t see that happening. All a direct result of trump amplifying the lies. Every one.

The problem with the Democrat's isn't that they aren't smart, but it is that they are what people would call evilly smart in a very nefarious way.
Easy, are they under oppression from their government to the point where they fear for their lives? If so, they have a case for asylum, if not, they don’t.How do you determine "fake"?
