I will never make excuses for failure when the teacher has actually failed. And that happens. But not EVERY failure in school--not even MOST of them--can be put down to the teacher. We are made to have children in diapers in our classrooms if the parents "didn't get around to" potty training their kids. And Mr. California Cowboy says, hey too bad, that's the TEACHER'S fault
