In the real world, aside from a little variable Spring weather, this has been and is happening in England this year.....demolishing kookpuke's braindead OP.

This winter is on course to have been the warmest ever in the Central England Temperature series, which begins in 1659

York April Weather 2016 - AccuWeather Forecast for York United Kingdom

London April Weather 2016 - AccuWeather Forecast for Greater London United Kingdom

Dublin April Weather 2016 - AccuWeather Forecast for Dublin Ireland

Well now, here are the temperatures for areas around the British Isles and Ireland for April, 2016. I do not see any winter weather here, just an average maybe a couple of degrees below average. In each link, it shows the temperatures for each day, and that average for each day. Overall, slightly cooler than average for April after a record breaking January, February, and March. Then back to record breaking heat in May. And it looks like the rest of the summer is going to be very hot.

And there was no winter weather in the UK in April, 2016.

C'mon..........semantic distraction stuff is so progressive-like. It really is.......the AGW folks survive with it. The April weather was described as "December-like" ( see article ) and not winter. The point is, the people of Britain were scratching their collective heads just like the people in the northeastern United States asking themselves, "Where the fuck is all the global warming?"

And heres the thing.........the alarmists folks whole narrative is blown to smithereens where you have all these cold records being set here and there every year. Doesn't look good for the bomb throwers and clearly leaves a lasting impression on voters.:eusa_dance::eusa_dance::up:

As the links I posted for the weather in April in London, York, Aberdeen, and Dublin show, the average for April in the British Isles was a degree or two below average. Hardly winter like.

But these people have been promised........because the science is settled........that Aprils will consistently feel more like summer. But their not.........they feel like December. That's quite the difference by any reasoned standard. So it makes people say, "WTF?". That's simple common sense. And the whole "average" things doesn't pass the smell test when you have days 10 degree's or more below average in any given month. Only the AGW people conveniently just throw those days out and fall back on "averages". That fails to take into account perceptions. Perceptions are something that doesnt compute to the AGW alarmist crowd but a real thing to most of the people

When every year, people see the Great Lakes frozen solid but the alarmists screaming about the temperatures being warmer, which perception are MOST people going with?

Well......duh..........:eusa_dance::eusa_dance:

And that is Post #12.

A cool April, and record warm in January, February, March, and May. Long range forecasts for a very warm summer. You guys are really desperate for any handle to hang your hats on when you claim one cool months out of five discounts the other very warm months.

so how does that make any sense to you. You claim January, February, March and now you include May are warm, and you admit April wasn't. WTF? That would be inconsistent to the pattern you're trying to present. So, it's an oops in April and all the other months were warmer. Funny.

The weather in January

January saw a continuation of the mild, wet weather of November and December 2015 but not to such an extreme degree. The first ten days was exceptionally cyclonic with a low pressure area over the British Isles. This fed a persistent stream of moist south-easterly winds across eastern Scotland. Parts of Aberdeenshire received their month’s average rainfall in the first week and over three times their average over the month as a whole. For the rest of the month the weather was characterised by west or south-westerly winds with rain at frequent intervals.

Daytime Temperatures
The average Central England Temperature was 5.7C, 1.5C above the 1981-2010 average. The mean temperature in Scotland was 3.6C, 0.9C above average. Scotland was quite a lot colder than England and Wales at times with fairly frequent snow and wintry showers. After a mild start, there was a sharp cold spell around mid-month. The lowest temperature of the month was –12.4C Kinbrace on 19 January. It became milder in all areas from the third week. The highest temperature was 16.5C on 24 January at Achnagart.

Now that January, 2016
