HELLO AMERICA? Glenn Beck Posts Biggest Ratings Drop Of Any Cable News Show In January



Year over year he posted the biggest loss of any cable news show averaging 1.8 million viewers, down 39% from January 2010. In 25-54 demo he dropped 48%, to 397,000.

Becks ratings have been struggling all month. And by struggling we mean he as been consistently below the 2 million total viewers mark. A first.

Also worth noting that the top show for November that doesn't air on Fox News was 'Countdown with Keith Olbermann', which clocked in at 12th place with 1,156,000 total viewers, the only 8pm show to gain viewers year-over-year. Top Five in each category below.

You actually stumbled onto an important truth here. There is a lesson in this for Glenn. Words have meaning. He needs to focus in on what works so well for him and lose the baggage. In his own way, Glenn has done the Republic some great services, some of us see that. The Rodeo Clown Persona, and a few others that make the wrong kind of trouble for him, he needs to out grow. When he is persecuted for being honest and telling the truth, he should know he is right where he is supposed to be, focused on the message, not himself. That is when he shines Truth.

The Olbermann show really didn't have appeal for many lefties I know. We don't like people shouting at us on TV. Many lefties would rather watch Amy Goodman, the dreaded "Main Stream Media" or read newspapers and journals than waste an hour watching Olbermann.
