Katrina was an enormous Natural Disaster which effected a thousand miles of the coastal northern Gulf. The US Federal Government responded to that disaster immediately, and was on scene in New Orleans within 12 hours, and had massive resources on scene in NO within 96 hours... What you want to pretend; what you want to DECEITFULLY PROJECT; is the FRAUD that New Orleans WAS THE EXTENT OF KATRINA... When in FACT: New Orleans represented only a tiny fraction of the area which was DEVASTATED BY KATRINA.
Were there total failures of Government in New Orleans? You bet... The State of LA. AND THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS COMPLETELY FAILED THEIR CONSTITUENCIES... And that failure was one which had been on-going for DECADES... over MULTIPLE GENERATIONS... And over that period, there were very few, if ANY American Conservatives on Scene in NO or LA governance... So We can dispense with THAT
