The draft for the German 2025 federal budget has been presented. It cuts the military aid for Ukraine in half. Yes, I wrote here that they replace aid with worthless "security-agreements", mere paper.

"Next year's budget will be less generous to Ukraine, with the government cutting military aid for the country to 4 billion euros from around 8 billion euros in 2024, according to a draft of the budget seen by Reuters.

Germany expects Ukraine will be able to fund the bulk of its military needs with $50 billion in loans from the Group of Seven backed by proceeds of frozen Russian assets. It hopes, therefore, that funds earmarked for Ukraine will not be fully used."
