Germany and Venezuela are normalizing their relationship

Both countries have agreed to normalize their relationship and the German ambassador is back in Venezuela after he was expelled few months ago.

It is a real mystery why Germany went to meddle in Venezuelan political appointments. It was just some KGB/CIA/Mossad project then anyways.
