Admittedly, German intelligence has proven thoroughly penetrated by Moscow services & wrong about just about everything, but this actually sounds plausible.
Perhaps the horde invasion (Poland, Estonia, Norway ?) is planned for 2024 or 2026 & this is intended to give a false sense of security...
