General Milley is dodging GOP questions on his usurpation of chain of command

Still talking out of your ass?

You can't charge him with espionage because he did not spy on the US.

What law is "conspiring with a foreign power" covered under?

You are simply pissed off and your emotions are overloading your brain.

It's all a moot point as Garland will not prosecute anyone!
I'm not talking about in the Biden Admin........2024!!!!!!!! Get all the rats that are turning the military into woke trannies...

First they aren't. The soldiers ignore that bullshit.

In 2024, Milley will be retired and you still have not told me which law he broke.
Well his actions of telling military personell not to follow the President's orders are:
Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) is "Failure to Obey an Order or Regulation" (written or stated). The U.S. military considers it a dereliction of duty when soldiers are unable or unwilling to perform the job assigned to military personnel

Bzzzt! Wrong answer! Please try again. What was the order or regulation he violated?

This is great news. Milley was protecting us from a President who was -- and still is-- a threat to American democracy.

By lying about the 2020 Presidential election, Trump was attacking the basis for our democracy, free and fair elections.

Unnerved by losing by seven million votes, he then led a coup attempt to overthrow our elected government.

Milley did what he could to protect our country. Somebody should give him a medal.

How did he order to disobey the President's orders if Trump never gave one? Where is your link for this statement?

Please stop making shit up as you go. You sound like a liberal!
Oh ok, so if a Captian tells his company to ignore the orders of a Colonel or general and they find out, he's ok, because he didn't agree.....sure he wouldn't face any consequences at all.

So Milley could foretell the future? He contacted the Chinese in October 2020, before the election.

Let us re-visit the constituton in regards to treason.

Article 3 section 3

Section 3.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

Whilst the admiral pointed out one part of the constitutional definition of treason.......Aka.....'Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them'.

I want to point out the other part of the constitutional definition of treason...................'adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort'.

This is what Gen. Milley did in his talks with the Chinese....and what Biden has done many times.

But the Admiral says we have no enemies.....Aka we can have no enemies unless we are in a shooting war.

Does the constitution say that? Of course not.....that is just the admiral spewing b.s. out of his pie hole.

New reporting from The Washington Post, detailing the contents of a new book, shows General Mark Milley reassured China's People's Liberal Army General Li Zuocheng that he would give the communist country a heads up if President Donald Trump launched an attack in the final months of his presidency. He did so in a series of reported phone calls and reassured Li he would stand between Trump and an attack on Chinese assets.
