Israel (and Egypt) surround the West Bank trying to keep people from lobbing missiles and using suicide vests and truck bombs against innocent civilians in Israel.
Dante, what would cause a group of people who have spent generations in captivity to use what methods they have at their disposal to combat state sanctioned terror?
Thanks, Barb, for noticing that the Arab League nations - Qatar, KSA, Syria, Egypt and more - have continually sanctioned, incited, funded, trained and otherwise supported terror operations against the Jewish People for close to a century now........ Oh, and let's not forget to include their state-owned media, and their religious "leadership" as well.
The poor Palestinians are ALSO the victims of the AL state-sanctioned terror, as those nations have consistently and enthusiastically cheered on any attacks against Israel - right down to Saddam Hussein sending $25,000 checks to the families of 'suicide' bombers.
It's about time someone noticed who the true villains of this piece are: the AL nations, which also conspired to beggar and eject about one million Jews from their countries. Such ethnic cleansing as that forced exodus, and the blatant ethnic cleansing of Jews from East Jerusalem (recorded in LIFE magazine!) by the Jordanian military as the Jordanians invaded has never even been acknowledged by these guilty parties.
And of course, none of the land stolen from the Jewish citizens of AL nations, and none of their assets, was ever used to buy a tent or a blanket to comfort the Palestinian refugees. I think it's the Navajo who have the saying "If you want to see evil - look at a rich man with poor relatives"........
Incidentally, the UN never seems to have shelled out a single penny to assist those Jewish ARAB refugees. One million of 'em, penniless, dumped into a new nation of only four million or so at the time.
Until that international ethnic cleansing has been acknowledged, and until some effort at recompense is made to the injured parties, the healing cannot even begin.
