did i say newsome was supposed to do that?...it was already out of control by the time he got in.....and here in Nevada were i am at we dont even have graffitti on the walls out here...in Anaheim there was graffitti on lots of walls...lots of gang activity....were i am at crime is pretty low compared to Anaheim.....its called quality of life otto...something most of California has lost...and your boy newsome hasnt done jack to improve it...
