Sinise fund is a good thing. Administrative costs are about 6.3%. It's hard to get a number on how much the fund raised. Rush Limbaugh' sponsorship of "Tunnels to Towers" fund raised about 5 million dollars which is used to pay off mortgages of families of 1st responders and Military who died in the line of duty.
