The time I was in the military I voted in CA because I bought a house there......till I bought a house in GA. Then I started voting in GA.Um, I have to vote in the state I hold primary residence. Why should the same not hold for overseas voters? Should all voters living in the US who don't own a house be able to pick which state they vote in?
They're supposed to go by what state you pay income tax in or establish residency.
I remember CA state income tax was 3 times what my federal tax was.
