Then you haven't been paying attention...Have you? The Dominionists here in the good, old US of A...the Rapture Right...the American Taliban are more of a threat to this country than any imagined Jewish world-wide conspiracy.

Where they would have been either ignored or laughed off of the Hill 30 years ago, evangelicals holding office in Washington are now a permanent part of the political culture there. And the goal, as expressed by George Grant of Coral Ridge Ministries, of these evangelicals is stated thus:

Traces of Judaism in pop culture can be found on many TV channels: On MTV, Gwen Stefani's video "Rich Girl," is a take on a "Fiddler on the Roof" song; Comedy Central celebrates "Heroes of Jewish Comedy"; and the VH1 program "So Jewtastic!" recognizes Jewish hipness.

T-shirts with such slogans as "W.W.B.D. (What Would Barbra Do?)" and "Moses Is My Homeboy" have entered urban style.

Such items are advertised in Heeb magazine, an edgy and progressive chronicle of Jewish-related politics, culture and entertainment whose name defiantly appropriates a long-used slur against Jews.
