This is at the heart of our problem as well. I was listening to an ex-CIA official talking, and he pointed out that our problem is our unelected administrative body which has metastasized in our government now as a FORTH branch of government, one which is not co-equal, unelected, and sees itself as above and not accountable to anyone, not even the president.

Worse, he reports that foreign governments like China have deeply infiltrated it, these are the same people pushing mass immigrations in Europe, Canada and here.

Trump has a real problem with this.
